1. Brand Overview

This website is operated by PRYVATE (“we”, “us”, “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PRYVATE. By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and purchasers.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your province or territory of residence in Canada, or that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this site.

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose under Canadian law.

3. Limited Drops & Product Availability

PRYVATE operates on a limited-release (“drop”) model.

Products may be released in limited quantities and may not be restocked. However, in certain cases where a product is not considered part of a limited or exclusive drop, PRYVATE may choose to restock such items at its sole discretion.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per customer, household, or order
  • Restrict sales of specific drops or products
  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time without notice
  • Decide whether a product is eligible for restock or remains exclusive

Due to the nature of drops, availability is never guaranteed.

4. Pricing & Product Changes

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify product pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time, including after an order has been placed, in the case of obvious errors or system issues.

5. Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of drop releases or automated purchasing systems
  • Multiple orders exceeding reasonable purchase limits
  • Errors in pricing, stock, or product information
  • Incomplete or inaccurate billing/shipping information

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery (Canada Only)

PRYVATE currently ships within Canada only.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance, location, and demand during product drops.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or postal disruptions
  • High-volume drop periods

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

8. Resale Rights

PRYVATE products may be resold by customers after purchase. However, PRYVATE is not affiliated with, responsible for, or liable for any resale activity, pricing, or third-party transactions.

We do not control or guarantee resale value.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, logos, product visuals, branding elements, text, and creative direction, is the exclusive property of PRYVATE.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

PRYVATE shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.

All products are provided “as is” and without warranties except where required under Canadian law.

PRYVATE is not responsible for the actions, delays, or performance of any third-party providers.
