Processing time typically takes 2 to 7 business days.

During this period, your order is prepared, verified, and handed over to our fulfillment and shipping partners.

Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand drops, launches, or peak periods.

2. Shipping Time (Canada Only)

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time within Canada is:

3. Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped through our fulfillment partners depending on product availability and logistics optimization.

This ensures efficient processing and consistent delivery across Canada.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear
  • Initial tracking activation delays are normal

5. Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as:

PRYVATE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Lost packages due to address errors
  • Additional costs for re-delivery or correction

7. Lost or Delivered Packages

If a tracking number shows a package as delivered but it has not been received, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly.

PRYVATE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
