RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Defective product
- Incorrect item received
- Verified production or fulfillment error
To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
All requests must include:
- Order number
- Clear photos showing the issue (if applicable)
All return requests must be reviewed and approved before any item is sent back. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is confirmed to be our fault.
2. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed:
- To your original payment method
- In the original currency (CAD)
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Items not eligible under our return conditions
- Worn, washed, damaged, or altered products
- Requests submitted after the 7-day return window
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear, socks, or similar products) are final sale and non-returnable.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled if they are still in the “In Review” stage.
Once production or fulfillment has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
5. Delays & Compensation
In rare cases where delays occur during processing or fulfillment, PRYVATE may, at its discretion, offer partial compensation depending on the situation.
Delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.
6. Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of limited drops, all sales are considered final unless a verified issue is present.
